Payment Terms

Ongoing contracts are invoiced monthly, first business day of each month, for prior month's services. Payment terms: net 30 days. We accept EFT, cheque, and major credit cards. One-time projects require 25% deposit with balance upon completion.

Insurance and Bonding

PacificShine carries comprehensive general liability insurance ($5,000,000 per occurrence), active WorkSafeBC coverage, and third-party surety bonding for all employees.

Liability Statement

PacificShine assumes responsibility for damages caused by our staff or equipment during service delivery. Claims must be reported within 48 hours. Liability is limited to repair or replacement costs up to insurance limits. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or force majeure circumstances.
